Principle
This website aims to collect as little personal data as possible. No tracking cookies are set, no Google Analytics is used, and no advertising networks are connected.
Anonymous page view statistics
For basic reach analysis, the following non-personal data is stored: country of origin (derived from the browser's Accept-Language header — no IP analysis), device type, browser family, page visited, referrer domain (domain only, no full URL).
No IP address or permanent identifier is stored. To estimate unique visitors, a daily cohort hash is used (SHA256 of User-Agent + Accept-Language + date), which resets at midnight UTC every day.
All statistics are automatically deleted after 12 months. The longer retention period is justified by the need for seasonal comparison (e.g. summer vs. winter), which requires at least 12 months of data. Legal basis: legitimate interest in aggregated usage analysis (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
CDN
IPv64 (Germany) is used as a Content Delivery Network. IPv64 briefly processes visitor IP addresses to establish connections.
Cookies
No cookies are set for visitors. In the administration area, only technically necessary session cookies are used (no tracking).
AI chatbot Jette
This website provides an AI chatbot (Jette). Conversation inputs are forwarded via OpenRouter to Google Gemini for processing. Messages are stored server-side for a maximum of 30 days and then automatically deleted.
Jette is labelled as an AI assistant in accordance with the EU AI Act (Art. 50).
Contact requests & suggestions
Contact requests and suggestions can be submitted by email (kontaktzenk.dk) or directly via the Jette chatbot. In the chat, a simple message to Jette is enough — she will forward the request to the operator.
This information is stored solely for handling the request, is not passed on to third parties, and is deleted after communication is complete.
